1. App Store standard terms

Maintello is distributed through the Apple App Store. Unless Maintello provides a separate custom end user licence agreement, use of the iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

2. Practical guidance only

Maintello provides home maintenance planning, reminders, record keeping, starter estimates, and general guidance. It does not replace qualified professional advice, emergency services, contractor inspections, gas safety checks, electrical safety checks, structural assessments, or manufacturer instructions.

If there is immediate danger, suspected gas, smoke, exposed electrics, unsafe access, serious water ingress, structural movement, or risk of injury, stop using the affected area and contact an appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.

3. Estimates are indicative

Any price ranges shown by Maintello are starter estimates only. They are not live quotes and are not a guarantee of contractor availability, final cost, material cost, call-out fees, access cost, urgency cost, or quality of work.
